Sets a text by spoken word poet Patience Agbabi to music by Joanna Marsh — a genre-blending piece for the National Youth Choir (18–25 Years) ranging across the full vocal range, from musical puns and vocal acrobatics to soaring soprano solos. Premiered at Ely Cathedral in summer 2024; commissioned with support from the John S Cohen Foundation and Dorico as part of the choir’s New Music programme.
